D&M Technical is the solution partner of the best-of breed world class general services and automobile air conditioning services, offering reliable, quality and innovative services to our customers and positioning itself as the preferred service organization within Dar Es Salaam. The company was established by brothers Donald and Michael and is  100% private equity owned. Donald serves as the Technical director in the company, with a degree in mechanical engineering and extensive training experience in the field of mechanics. Michael serves as the Managing director with previous managing experience obtained from both abroad and home.

D&M is a registered Specialist Contractor, class three on the Contractors Registration Board in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Over the years we have established  strong relations with our partners; Toyota, Land-rover & Mitsubishi and have organized educative and entertaining events for customers to benefit from a closer relationship with the manufacturers and provide opportunities to express their feelings and problems about the services. In doing so, we listen to the reflections of the customers and adjust ourselves accordingly so as to develop services based on new challenges brought to us by customers. This allows us to promote our vision and accomplish our mission, parallel to the customers requirements.

D&M Technical has adapted its business model to respond to new service opportunities and changing market conditions. The management of D&M Technical has worked hard to provide and act as follows:
